The Kinderhook Creek originates in Hancock, Massachusetts, and extends along a wooded 49 miles through to the Taconic Mountains.
The Kinderhook model is the largest RVIA-certified tiny house we build. This is due to the fact that the Kinderhook is a park model. Measuring at 10’ wide, unlike the average 8’6”. While a park model allows for a larger floorplan and square footage, it significantly impacts the mobility of the unit, as a special permit is needed to move it.
