The Green River begins in southern Vermont and ends in Greenfield, Massachusetts. The name, Green River is derived from that very town of its ending point. Where it then supplies 2 million gallons of water a day to the local water department.
This small house design incorporates a double-height ceiling and a spacious sleeping loft. Due to the Green River being a small house, it is built on a foundation, much like that of a traditional single-family house.
